Carol Paddison

👋 Hey! I’m Carol, a People & Talent leader with a passion for helping start-ups and scale-ups create high-performing, flexible organisations with strong, thriving cultures. I work with remote & hybrid businesses to create environments that enable people to do their best work.  

With an early career in the service industry, I’ve seen firsthand how great experiences, for both the customers and employees, drive success. For the last 20 years I’ve led HR and people teams, designing HR strategies that create exceptional cultures and build high-performing teams. 

I believe HR should be straightforward, with clear, simple and  practical solutions that deliver. As an accredited coach, I love supporting leadership teams to strengthen their skills, using tools like DiSC, MBTI, and the ‘5 Dysfunctions of a Team’ to help teams collaborate and grow. 

Outside of Fractional Human Resources, I can be found enjoying the outdoors or running around after my two children and numerous pets. 🐶🐱🐱

👋 Hi, I'm Kat. A financial strategist with 20+ years experience working with businesses of all kinds to optimize their financial operations and growth strategies. 

My professional journey has taught me what truly energizes me - partnering with ambitious founders who have a clear vision but need strategic support to get there. 

In 2023, I launched Fractional Finance, and while working with amazing scale-ups, it became clear that the fractional model wasn't just effective for finance - it could transform how growing companies approach all their operational needs. This insight led to creating The Fractionals Group. 

Soon after, I met Carol and immediately recognized our shared vision, making her the perfect partner for our expansion into Fractional Human Resources.

We offer simple, transparent monthly fees which can be flexed as you scale.

All packages can be personalised to suit your business and specific needs.

We start with a 30-minute discovery call with our co-founder to understand your challenges, goals, and vision. We'll then recommend the perfect level for your business and budget. 

An initial 3-month commitment is required to allow for a proper HR health check, basic policy setup, and a thorough understanding of your business needs. After this period, services continue on a flexible monthly basis with our cancel-anytime guarantee.
